A Day of Thoroughbred Racing

  • RESERVED CLUBHOUSE SEATING (INSIDE) FOR OUR GROUP!

  • RECOGNITION OF “THE BROOKLYN CLUB” ON THE TOTE BOARD!


One bus has been reserved. Reservations and payment(s) will be made on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at our January 20th meeting. Reservations will continue through to the February 17th meeting based upon the availability of seats.


This event is open to all Brooklyn Club members and their guests.

Membership is open to any resident of The Villages, Florida who has lived in, worked in, gone to school in or had family in BROOKLYN. Annual dues are $5.00 (guests may attend meetings for an admission fee of $5.00 per meeting).

    Join us every month (see Calendar) for wonderful entertainment and a chance to hang out with a bunch of kids from Canarsie or Flatbush or Flatlands or Williamsburg or the Heights or Mill Basin or Brownsville or Fort Greene or Bensonhurst or Marine Park or Red Hook or Sheepshead Bay or Gravesend or Coney Island or Greenpoint or Gerritsen Beach or Bath Beach or Brighton Beach or Prospect Park or Flatlands or Bay Ridge..........?

Regular meetings are held on the 4th Friday of every month from September through December, except as noted below. 
Starting in January 2012 we will begin meeting on the 3rd Friday of each month except as noted below.
Doors open at 6:00p.m. Arrive early for special sign-ups. Meetings start at 6:30p.m. in the Carmen Miranda Room at La Hacienda  Center, except as noted below.  Dues are $5.00 per year. 
50/50 drawings and "Didja know" Brooklyn trivia will be held at the end of every meeting.
Members must wear their badges.  Guests pay a $5.00 admission fee to attend any meeting.

Come and join us for the annual HAPPY HOLIDAYS IN BROOKLYN PARTY!!!
We’ll dance to the music of The Jay and Dee Show. Sing along with holiday songs.

 Dinner will be catered by the Hacienda Catering Service.

The cost is $22.00 per person. Make reservations and payments at the October or November meeting.
All tables seat ten people. We will reserve tables for groups of ten (10) only.  All other seating will be on a first come basis.
All Brooklyn Club members and their guests are invited (as long as seats are available). 
 

Bring your own beverage of holiday cheer!
